Help and Support
Effective November 2, 2026
Hikma is operated by Ibrahim Bajwa, doing business as Hikma. Write to support@tryhikma.com about anything — a question, a problem, or something Hikma did that you did not expect. A person reads every message.
Signing in
Hikma works with the same account on the web and in the iPhone app. Sign in with Google or with your email and password — and in the iPhone app, with Apple too. If you forgot your password, choose Continue with email, enter your email, then Forgot password?.
What Hikma does with your data
To do what you ask, Hikma sends your requests — and what it reads in the tools you connect — to AI model providers, listed on the Subprocessors page. Hikma never sells your data or uses it to train AI models. The Privacy Policy has the details.
Notifications
Hikma notifies you when work you asked for is done, or when it needs your answer. You can turn notifications off in your iPhone's Settings › Notifications › Hikma.
Deleting your account
Open Settings › Account › Delete account. Your chats, files, Memory and connected tools are deleted, and Hikma's access to your accounts ends. You can also write to support@tryhikma.com and ask us to do it.
Security and privacy reports
Write to security@tryhikma.com for security issues and privacy@tryhikma.com for privacy requests.
